Shipping & Delivery
Your fire feature ships via freight carrier with careful, white-glove handling. Because these are substantial pieces, a few simple steps protect you completely:
Inspect before you sign. When your piece arrives, look it over before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos.
You’re protected for 7 days. If anything arrives damaged — including concealed damage you find after unboxing — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll handle the carrier claim and your replacement. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect it.
That’s it. Report it in time, keep the box, and we take it from there.
Returns
If a piece isn’t right for your space, you may request a return within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and include all original parts and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every Elementi fire feature carries a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in parts and workmanship — 1 year on standard Elementi pieces, 2 years on Elementi Plus — from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover shipping damage (protected separately under our 7-day delivery guarantee above), normal cosmetic wear, or the natural variation inherent to hand-finished cast concrete.
