All orders ship free to the continental United States. No minimums, no exceptions.

How Shipping Works

Backyard Pyre products ship directly from Elementi Fire, our exclusive manufacturing partner, straight to your door. Most orders ship within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Freight and Large Item Delivery

Because our fire features are substantial pieces, they ship via freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a curbside delivery appointment, and someone must be present to receive the shipment. Please inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, note it on the receipt and contact us within 72 hours at support@backyardpyre.com with photos.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Looks great and works as expected

I purchased this for a new deck. Installation is very simple. I have had it for three months and used it many times. It works very well. The flame is adjustable which is nice. We purchase colored glass to use in the bowl instead of the lava rock that came with the unit. The glass looks much bette than the red lava rock. I recommend this product.

We really like this

It looks natural, not a metal object. Quiet heavy, might take a team to place it.

So far so good.

We have a small concrete deck overlooking a pond. This is just what we needed. Thought it was going to be a little "low/short" for our liking, but it's fine the way it is. Would like to have a bit bigger fire ring, but in Florida we aren't really depending on it for warmth anyway.... just ambiance and smores! Still trying to get the igniter to work, but easily lights using a long handled multi purpose lighter. Was easy to set up by two of us. Paid a little more than we had wanted/planned to, but hopefully it will be worth it. The last one we had (different brand, different kind) rusted out quickly and went to the curb.

Love this fire pit - beautiful and functional. We replaced the (what I think is ugly-looking) red rocks with glass - so nice!
