How does the Oslo compare to the Brugge and Helsinki?
All three are marble porcelain dining fire tables from Elementi Plus. The Oslo is the most open and minimal of the three — clean white surface, simple frame, nothing extraneous. The Brugge has more visual weight and a stronger European character. The Helsinki is more compact and includes a porcelain lid for the burner recess. If you want the fire table to disappear into the outdoor dining room and let the setting speak for itself, the Oslo is the one.

What chairs work best with the Oslo?
The Oslo's restraint pairs best with equally clean seating — powder-coated aluminum dining chairs, teak with clean lines, or woven wicker in neutral tones. Avoid ornate or heavily styled dining chairs that compete with the Oslo's minimal frame.

Is the Bianco White porcelain heat-resistant around the burner zone?
Yes. The porcelain is engineered for outdoor fire table use and rated for the thermal conditions produced by the center burner. The Bianco White finish is also UV-stable, so it won't yellow or fade with outdoor sun exposure.

What is a Warranty?

Warranty

Ocean Rock USA INC. doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi.
There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.
Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.
Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.
Cast concrete is a hand finished process. As such, this product’s finish will vary by unit. There will be a color variance of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.

Every fire feature we carry is fueled by propane or natural gas — clean, instant, push-button ignition with no smoke, embers, or ash to manage.

Propane or natural gas — which should I choose?

The propane version runs off a standard 20 lb tank stored discreetly inside the base — no installation required. The natural gas version connects to a dedicated gas line for a permanent, never-refill setup. Both deliver identical flame performance, so the right choice depends on whether you want portability (propane) or a built-in feature (natural gas).

Do I need a professional to install it?

Most models are DIY-friendly and take roughly 5–20 minutes to set up out of the box. If you are connecting to a main natural gas line, we recommend a licensed professional handle the final connection.

Can I leave my fire feature outside year-round?

Yes. Our GFRC concrete and marble-porcelain pieces are frost-resistant and UV-stable, engineered for outdoor environments. We recommend using a fitted cover when the feature is not in use to protect the burner and keep the finish looking its best.

How does shipping work?

Your order ships directly from the manufacturer to your door, typically within 7–14 business days. Shipping is complimentary to the continental United States.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All products carry a manufacturer's warranty of 1–2 years depending on the model, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What is your return policy?

Unused products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning so we can issue an RMA number.

Backyard Pyre products ship directly from Elementi Fire — our exclusive manufacturing partner — straight to your door. This means your fire feature goes from the source to you without unnecessary handling or warehouse stops.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Large items such as fire tables and fire bowls are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery will be curbside unless otherwise noted. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Because our fire features are substantial pieces, freight delivery works a little differently:

The carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment
Someone must be present to receive the shipment
Inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt
If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 72 hours at support@backyardpyre.com with photos

Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a damage claim.
