Free Shipping on Every Order
All orders ship free to the continental United States. No minimums, no exceptions.
How Shipping Works
Backyard Pyre products ship directly from Elementi Fire — our exclusive manufacturing partner — straight to your door. This means your fire feature goes from the source to you without unnecessary handling or warehouse stops.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Large items such as fire tables and fire bowls are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery will be curbside unless otherwise noted. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Freight & Large Item Delivery
Because our fire features are substantial pieces, freight delivery works a little differently:
• The carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment
• Someone must be present to receive the shipment
• Inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt
• If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 72 hours at support@backyardpyre.com with photos
Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a damage claim.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
